19ª CORRIDA ECOLÓGICA DO SANA + MARATONA TRAIL 2026

On September 12, 2027, runners will gather at Sana Camping in Macaé, Rio de Janeiro for the 19th Ecological Run of Sana. This year's edition features three main race distances: a challenging 42 km trail marathon, a scenic 15 km run, and a family-friendly 7 km event. Early morning starts are scheduled with the 42 km race beginning at 4 AM and the shorter races kicking off at 7 AM.
The 42 km route winds through lush trails and natural landscapes surrounding Sana Camping, offering runners breathtaking views of dense forests and winding rivers. The terrain varies from rugged hills to flat stretches along riverbanks, providing a true trail running experience that tests both endurance and agility. With a time limit of seven hours for completion, participants must pace themselves carefully.
