Flying Brick Bellarine Sunset Run

The Flying Brick Bellarine Sunset Run returns on Saturday, February 13, 2027, for its twelfth year as the original half marathon of the Bellarine Peninsula. Founded by a local family with a passion to showcase their community's natural beauty and charm, this event has grown into one of the region’s most beloved running experiences.
Participants will traverse stunning coastal trails between Portarlington and St Leonards, immersing themselves in breathtaking views as they run through picturesque landscapes. The route offers not only scenic vistas but also opportunities for runners to enjoy the local community's offerings, including renowned wineries, delicious cuisine, pristine beaches, and captivating sunsets.
In addition to the main half marathon event, there are two other races: a 10km race called Steigen and a family-friendly 4km run known as Bully Buster. The latter is particularly special as it aims to raise awareness of mental health issues in young people by promoting exercise as a positive tool for building confidence.
