About the event

Immerse yourself in the rugged beauty of the Australian highlands with KMR Training Runs from January 23 to 25, 2027. Designed for runners at all levels, these training sessions cater to both novices and experienced trail enthusiasts alike. Each day offers a unique half-day session focusing on different legs of the challenging Ultra Solo course, including the iconic Mountain Run uphill section and the remote Alpine leg known for its epic terrain.
Led by professional coaches Jess Collins and Lincoln Quilliam, participants can expect personalized guidance tailored to varying speeds and experience levels. The training runs cover essential sections such as the steep ascents and technical descents of the Ultra Solo 66km route, preparing runners for the full KMR weekend event in March.
