Competitors can choose between various distances including the Sprint Triathlon (500m swim – 20km cycle – 5km run), Standard Triathlon (1500m swim – 40km cycle – 10km run), or even take on the full Wellington 100, which includes a grueling 80km bike ride and an 18km run.
