Il nostro focus SCUOLE DI UMATILLA: Umatilla Elementary, Umatilla Middle, Umatilla High, Altoona Charter e Spring Creek. Il Kiwanis Club raccoglie fondi per aiutare a finanziare progetti scolastici e diverse borse di studio per laureandi. Quindi, abbiamo deciso di onorare i nostri insegnanti e studenti con una QUOTA DI PARTECIPAZIONE BASSA. Per tutti gli attuali insegnanti che si iscrivono come TEAM la quota è di $ 15. Per tutti gli studenti la quota è di 10$. Questa è la 12esima edizione dell'Umatilla Kiwanis 5K per i bambini, corsa/camminata, per raccogliere fondi per i bambini della contea di North Lake. Orario di inizio della gara 14 novembre 2026, orario di inizio 7:30 A.M. Cadwell Park e attraverso la bellissima Umatilla sul nostro corso certificato USATF FL19064TY. Ora più che mai esci e corri, cammina, balla per le strade di Umatilla! I corridori riceveranno degli snack dopo la gara e avranno la possibilità di vincere uno dei numerosi premi della lotteria

La nostra gara segue le linee guida CDC (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prepare/prevention.html) proteggi te stesso, la distanza sociale ma vivi comunque la tua vita al massimo e aiuta la NOSTRA comunità.

Il Kiwanis sostiene i programmi: borse di studio universitarie, abbigliamento per il rientro a scuola, fiere della scienza STEM (scienza, tecnologia, ingegneria, matematica), sostegno ai club per ragazzi e ragazze, pasti festivi per famiglie svantaggiate, regali di Natale, solo per citarne alcuni! Aiutaci a sostenere i bambini.
