Experience breathtaking trails that wind through pristine winter landscapes over distances of either 8 or 14 kilometers. The course offers a mix of groomed paths and untamed wilderness, leading runners to stunning viewpoints overlooking both the Alps and iconic spots in high-altitude Pilat like Gimel with its peat bog and Prélager’s tranquil lakes.
This unique event is designed for trail runners seeking an invigorating winter adventure, complete with limited places ensuring a warm welcome for all participants. The 14-kilometer route features mid-race refreshments, while everyone will enjoy hot homemade soup at the finish line. Cani-trailers are also catered to here in Loire, making this race one of kind across the region.
Located just minutes from Saint-Étienne and within a half-hour drive of Annonay or an hour’s journey from Lyon, the Parc Naturel du Pilat offers enchanting winter scenery.
