TRAIL DU CALVAIRE
About the event
The Trail du Calvaire d'Aramon, organized by the Aramon Running Association, takes place in the picturesque Gard department of France. On January 10, 2027, runners and hikers will gather at the Salle Eugène Lacroix for a morning start around 9:30 AM.
The centerpiece event is a challenging 15 km trail run that winds through diverse terrain with approximately 500 meters of elevation gain. This technical course features sections within the scenic Château d'Aramon Park, offering runners stunning views and a unique blend of natural beauty and historical charm.
For those looking for a more leisurely outing, an 8 km walk/run is also available, incorporating around 150 meters of ascent through varied landscapes. Both events celebrate Aramon's rich setting with its mix of woodland paths and open fields, making it ideal for both seasoned athletes and casual enthusiasts alike.
