Nous divisons cette course en vagues en fonction du rythme estimé des coureurs afin que les coureurs puissent être poussés vers leurs PR sans se soucier de se battre dans la foule tout en étant entraînés par des athlètes d'un calibre similaire. Sauf pour The Summer Switch Up
