Yorkshire Weekend Saunter in Rodley

The Yorkshire Weekend Saunter Series invites runners of all abilities to explore scenic routes across the stunning landscapes of Yorkshire. This series offers flexibility and inclusivity, allowing participants to choose their preferred distance—5K, 10K, or Half Marathon—and run at a pace that suits them best.
Each event takes place on the picturesque trails around Rodley Barge Pub in Leeds, where runners can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere while taking in the beautiful scenery. Race day registration is straightforward; simply arrive at Back of the Rodley Barge Pub on Town Street, Rodley, Leeds LS13 1HP, where friendly staff will welcome you. Entry fees are affordable: £12 for the 5K run (registration starts at 8:00am with a start time of 8:45am), £17 for the 10K distance (registering from 8:00am and starting promptly at 9:00am), and £23 for the Half Marathon, which begins earlier at 8:30am after registration opens at 7:30am.
Upon crossing the finish line, participants can look forward to a well-deserved reward. The event offers a jumble sale where runners can pick up unique items while enjoying their choice of beer or soft drink in celebration of completing the course.
