Bramham Park Trail Runs 2027
Step into the heart of Yorkshire’s natural beauty with the Bramham Park Trail Runs, set to take place at one of West Yorkshire's most historic and picturesque venues. Nestled between Leeds and Wetherby along Bramham Lane, this Grade I listed estate offers a stunning backdrop for runners of all levels.
The event features three distinct distances: 5km, 10km, and half marathon routes that wind through the park’s expansive woodlands and scenic trails. Each route is carefully designed to showcase the rich history and serene beauty of Bramham Park, allowing participants to immerse themselves in a landscape filled with statues, historic buildings, and panoramic views.
For those new to trail running or looking for an easygoing experience, the 5km and 10km routes offer gentle terrain and well-marked paths. The half marathon presents a more challenging course that explores deeper into the estate’s extensive network of trails, providing runners with a longer journey through Bramham Park's diverse scenery.
Bramham Park Trail Runs are also welcoming to cani-cross enthusiasts. Participants may bring one controlled dog along for the run, ensuring furry friends can join in on the fun and adventure.
Race day starts bright and early, with staggered start times at 9:20am for the 5km route, followed by the 10km runners at 9:25am, and finally the half marathon participants setting off just five minutes later. All races are timed using Live Chip Timing provided by Timing Up North.
Upon crossing the finish line, all participants will be greeted with a medal commemorating their achievement, as well as exclusive merchandise from Wild Deer and refreshments to fuel post-race recovery. An additional perk is the option to purchase an event t-shirt for just £14 at registration.
Parking on-site costs £4 per car, but organizers encourage runners to consider carpooling options where possible to minimize environmental impact and parking congestion.
