WRCC - Gladstone Graded Road Race

About the Event

Join the final leg of the Wairarapa Graded Road Race series on February 28, 2027. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Gladstone Road, this race offers something for all levels: A and B grade racers will cover a challenging 90k course over three laps, while C and D grades tackle two laps at 60k, and E and Junior 12-15 year-olds complete one lap of 30k. The route winds through Gladstone Road, Carters Line, Kokotau Road, Millars Road, and Longbush Road, featuring a short climb midway through each loop that adds an extra layer of challenge to the race.
Racers will gather at the Gladstone Sports Complex for sign-on by 8:30 am. The starting line is just past the Galdstone pub on Gladstone Road, about 1.8km towards Carterton. After crossing the finish line, stick around for a coffee and BBQ, where you can share stories with fellow cyclists while enjoying post-race festivities.
