Immerse yourself in the lush beauty of Thailand's Kaeng Krachan Forest on November 1, 2026, at the Wild Race Kaeng Krachan Trail – Trail of Sound. This unique trail race invites runners to slow down and engage with nature through a combination of sight and sound, offering an experience that goes beyond just running.
The event takes place in Thailand's first UNESCO World Heritage forest, where participants will traverse diverse terrain along winding trails around Ban Krang Camp. The course features rolling hills, river crossings, and varied ecosystems teeming with wildlife. As you move through the forest, keep your ears open for the sounds of nature that surround you – from birds singing to leaves rustling in the breeze.
To preserve the natural environment and minimize disturbance to local flora and fauna, race-day announcements are kept to a minimum, creating an unusually quiet atmosphere during the event. This intentional silence enhances the sensory experience, allowing runners to fully appreciate the beauty and tranquility of Kaeng Krachan Forest.
With multiple distance options available, trail enthusiasts from all levels can find a suitable challenge that suits their running goals while contributing to forest conservation efforts.
