About the Event

The Runner’s Soul Walking Club invites winter enthusiasts to join its warm and welcoming sessions, designed for those who love walking but don’t want to brave icy conditions. Every Tuesday and Thursday morning from October 6 through December 17, the club gathers at the Servus Sports Centre between 10:30 AM and 11:30 AM.
Participants are encouraged to walk at their own pace, ensuring a comfortable experience tailored to individual fitness levels. The sessions offer an opportunity for social interaction in a supportive environment while staying active during the cooler months.
For convenience and safety, please park in the east lot near the City of Lethbridge recycling station to avoid any parking tickets throughout the session.
The event promises a relaxed atmosphere where walkers can enjoy each other’s company while enjoying the indoor facility's amenities, making it an ideal setting for those looking to stay active without worrying about harsh winter weather.
