Veterans Day 5K Run/Walk to Honor Our Veterans 2026

On November 11, 2026, the Veterans Memorial Park in Wading River, New York will host the annual Veterans Day 5K Run/Walk. Presented by Families of Honor, this event offers participants an opportunity to honor and celebrate those who have served our nation with their selfless dedication.
The race begins at 9AM sharp, rain or shine, winding through scenic pathways that surround the park'sVeterans Memorial. Participants will experience a course filled with historical markers and tributes honoring veterans from various eras of military service.
All registered runners and walkers are guaranteed a long sleeve tech shirt if they sign up by October 7th, ensuring comfort on race day regardless of weather conditions. Upon crossing the finish line, all participants receive an exclusive medal to commemorate their participation in this meaningful event.
