About the Event

Circuit Running invites you to its Valentine's Day edition, set to take place at The YMCA Athletics Track. This unique 7-hour challenge offers participants the flexibility to run or walk as many laps around the 400-meter track as they can manage within the time limit.
Registration opens at 9:00 AM on February 13, 2027, with the race starting promptly at 9:30 AM. Whether you're aiming for a quick 5k or tackling an ultra marathon distance, this event caters to all levels of runners and walkers alike. Participants can complete their final lap as late as 6:59 PM, ensuring there's ample time to push your limits.
Upon crossing the finish line, every participant will receive a Valentine-themed medal along with a goody bag filled with treats for their efforts. Aid stations are positioned at the end of each lap and provide essential hydration options such as water, squash, fizzy drinks, and various snacks to keep you fueled throughout the event.
The venue offers ample parking space, though participants are encouraged to carpool when possible. Additionally, restroom facilities are conveniently located in the main building near the track for easy access during your run or walk.
For those interested in pushing their endurance boundaries, Circuit Running provides a range of distance options based on age groups:
- Ages 12-13: Up to 5,000 meters
- Ages 14-15: Up to 6,000 meters
- Age 16 and up: No maximum distance
Detailed event instructions will be sent out via email one week before the race date. On-site registration includes number pick-up at the start line area.
Participants are welcome to leave a bag in a designated space near the start/finish area; however, this is not a secure location, so please do not store valuable items there.
