UPFIT RUN 2026

On October 25, 2026, runners and walkers will gather in São Mateus do Sul, Paraná for an exciting race day. The main attraction is the competitive 7 km course that winds through scenic landscapes, offering a mix of rolling hills and flat stretches. Participants can also join the more leisurely 3 km route, perfect for those who want to enjoy the atmosphere without pushing their limits.
The event starts at 07:00 AM from Academia Upfit, where participants will have ample time before the race begins to pick up materials and warm up with guidance from organizers. The course features hydration stations along the way and is supported by teams of medical staff and volunteers ready to assist runners as needed.
All finishers receive a commemorative medal, adding an extra layer of satisfaction for those crossing the line. For competitive participants, there are electronic timing systems in place, ensuring accurate results. Prizes will be awarded to top male and female competitors across various categories.
Participants are encouraged to arrive at least one hour before the start time to ensure they have enough time to prepare and familiarize themselves with the course details available on Strava. The event is limited to 300 participants, so interested runners should register early through the official platform hosted by Ticket Sports to secure their spot in this engaging autumn race day experience.
