About the Event

The Ultra do Vulcão Ultramaratonha will take place from Thursday, June 4, 2026, to Sunday, June 7, 2026, in Poços de Caldas, MG, Brazil. The finish line for all distances is at the paragliding ramp of Parque do Cristo. The course consists of dirt roads, vicinal roads, and asphalt sections. A mandatory GPX file will be provided to participants.

All participants must follow the complete event regulations and sign a liability waiver, which must be printed, signed, and delivered at kit pickup along with a medical certificate. Registration is exclusively online through Active Sports Brasil and closes on May 3, 2026. No race day registration is permitted under any circumstances.

Included in registration: bib number (mandatory), finisher medal (post-race), technical shirt (polyamide), and sponsor giveaways (if available).
Kit pickup date and location will be announced closer to the event.
Awards: Finisher medal for all athletes who complete the race. Trophies for 1st to 3rd overall male and female in each category (solo and relay). Trophies for 1st to 3rd male and female in each solo age group.
Solo age groups (based on age as of December 31, 2026): 18–30, 31–40, 41–50, 51–60, 60+.
The exact start location for each distance will be announced closer to the event.

Relay categories (where available) allow free team relay exchanges. Team formats include male, female, and mixed for duo and quartet distances. The event is organized by Tiago Franco Loiola.
