All participants must follow official event rules as communicated during kit pick-up and on race day. Each registered athlete receives an exclusive TFSports kit. Finishers who cross the line receive a collectible medal. The event includes a musical attraction from 08:05 to 09:10, followed by the awards ceremony at 09:20.

Kit pick-up: May 28–30 (Thursday to Saturday) from 10:00 to 22:00 at the Track&Field store inside Iguatemi Campinas shopping mall.
Accreditation is required for race activation, using CPF and the TOKEN number found in the TFSports app. Token is personal and non-transferable.
Podium finishers receive a complimentary entry to a future Run Series stage within the same year, subject to availability and request within 30 days.

Parking access opens at 04:30 on event day.

The Run Series is described as an experience that goes beyond the finish line, emphasizing self-improvement and mutual inspiration among runners. The circuit gathers over 200,000 participants annually across Brazil.
