Twilight Trail Run
About the event
Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of Klipkopje Dam as the White River Trails Twilight Trail Run returns on November 6, 2026. Whether you're an experienced trail runner or just looking for a fun evening outdoors, this event offers both a 4 km and an 8 km route through LABA Area's well-maintained trails. As dusk falls, runners will enjoy the stunning forest scenery illuminated by the setting sun.
The run starts at 17:30 from Klipkopje Dam, with both routes concluding back at this picturesque venue. The event is part of a larger Water Fest celebration, which means participants can stick around after crossing the finish line to take in live entertainment and enjoy food, refreshments, and a bar.
For safety during low-light conditions, runners are encouraged to bring headlamps. Dogs are welcome too but must remain on leashes for everyone's comfort and security. Join us for an evening that combines the thrill of trail running with the lively atmosphere of a festive celebration. Don't miss out on this unique experience!
