TRI-VERSÃO

On November 14, 2026, the Espaço Integração in Jardim América, Cariacica, Esprito Santo will host the third edition of Tri-versão. This unique event combines cycling, running, and swimming to offer a fun-filled day for children and young teens aged 3 to 14 years old. The race is designed with inclusivity and safety in mind, focusing on enjoyment rather than competition.
Participants can choose from various distances tailored to their age group: the youngest racers (ages 3-4) will cycle 200 meters, run 150 meters, and swim 40 meters; those aged 5-6 years old will cover slightly longer distances of 400 meters in cycling, 350 meters in running, and 120 meters in swimming. Older children (7 to 9 years) have even more challenging routes with a 650-meter bike ride, a run of 550 meters, and a swim of 200 meters.
For the slightly older kids aged 10-12, distances increase further: they will cycle for 900 meters, run 650 meters, and complete a 300-meter swim. The oldest group (ages 13 to 14) face the longest challenges with a bike ride of 1.2 kilometers, a run of 900 meters, and a final stretch in the pool covering 400 meters.
Parents are required to accompany their children at all times during this inclusive event, ensuring that every young athlete feels supported throughout the day's activities. The venue offers safety measures and first aid services to provide peace of mind for both participants and guardians alike.
