Tri Her - Winter Reset 2026

TriHER Winter Reset is an empowering day designed for women to connect, learn, and grow within the triathlete community. Held on November 14, 2026, this inspiring event offers three practical workshops led by expert coaches from 11:00-15:00.
The morning starts with an optional 5km run or social walk at 10:00, organized by FitForGirls. Participants will then join a welcoming session and dive into the day's activities. The first workshop focuses on Pilates from 11:00 to 12:00, followed by lunch from 12:15 to 13:00.
After lunch, attendees can choose between sessions covering nutrition from 13:00-13:45 and yoga from 14:00-15:00. The day wraps up with a tea break for snacks and networking opportunities until the event concludes at 15:00.
Each session includes holistic, healthy refreshments to enhance the overall experience. Participants will leave not only feeling physically rejuvenated but also mentally equipped with new knowledge on nutrition, mobility, strength training, and yoga techniques designed to improve performance and well-being in all active pursuits.
