TRAIL DE L'ESTRAN 2027

Immerse yourself in the unique trail running experience of Le Trail de l'Estran, set to take place on September 19, 2027. This extraordinary race offers three distinct courses: Estran (32km), Bernique (14km), and Crevette (8km). Each course winds through a fascinating tidal landscape where the line between land and sea blurs.
Starting from La Roche Jaune in Plouguiel, runners will traverse rugged terrain that shifts with the tide. The route is dotted with enchanting sites like L'enfer, Beg Vilin, Pors Hir, and Gouermel, each presenting its own challenges as you navigate between water's edge and dry land.
The Bernique course begins at Pors-Scaff in Plougrescant and follows a similar path to the Estran route before joining all competitors on Trestel Beach for the finish. The Crevette offers an 8km loop from Trestel, perfect for those looking to explore this unique environment without committing to longer distances.
As you run through these ever-changing landscapes, marvel at the vibrant colors of the sea and the invigorating coastal breeze that accompanies your journey. This race is more than a competition; it's an adventure into nature’s dynamic intertidal zone where runners can revel in the simplicity of running while discovering breathtaking vistas and challenging terrain.
Registration takes place on-site at Trestel Hospital parking lot, with further details available on their website. All proceeds from this event will benefit local charities supporting children's health and rehabilitation services.
