TRAIL DE L'ABER WRACH

On April 3, 2027, runners will converge on the coastal regions of Brittany for the Ultra Trail des 2 Abers (UT2A), an epic 90km journey through rugged terrain and stunning scenery. The race begins at Folgoët and loops around to Landéda before returning to its starting point. With over 1400 meters of elevation gain, participants will navigate a challenging course that includes six water points and two solid food checkpoints. Essential gear such as extra water and headlamps must be carried throughout the race, which can extend up to an official cutoff time of 14 hours.
For those seeking a more manageable challenge, there’s also the Extrême Trail at 60km with 1200 meters of elevation gain. Starting from Landéda port on the same day as UT2A, this route features three water stations and one solid food checkpoint. The race is designed for experienced trail runners with an official cutoff time of ten hours.
The Half Trail offers a more accessible option at 30km, winding through picturesque landscapes near Folgoët without any designated cutoff times. Runners will encounter two water points along the way as they enjoy a scenic loop that showcases the region's natural beauty.
Completing the event lineup is the Trail Fun race, a shorter but no less thrilling experience for younger runners at 15km with just over 200 meters of elevation gain. This course requires complete autonomy from participants who must carry their own water supply throughout the run.
Each race features electronic timing and offers unique opportunities to explore Brittany's diverse landscapes while testing personal limits against breathtaking natural backdrops.
