For those who become members prior to registration, there's a special discount of £10 off entry fees. Members also receive guaranteed entry and exclusive mini-me medal pins at every event they attend. Additionally, runners affiliated with UK Athletics clubs can save an extra £2 on their entries. The Time Warp Run is a 7-hour time challenge that allows participants to set their own distance goals within the guidelines of UK Athletics rules. The minimum requirement is just 3 kilometers, while full lap distances range from 4.37 miles (or approximately 7km) to potentially shorter loops depending on course conditions. Half-marathon runners will complete three laps, marathons six, and ultra runs seven or more. The route itself features well-maintained paths and tarmac with a brief section of grassy terrain suitable for all types of running shoes throughout the year. Course signs ensure easy navigation without requiring any prior experience in trail running. Upon crossing the finish line after completing at least 3 kilometers, every participant will receive an exclusive Rocky Horror-themed medal as well as distance pins reflecting achievements such as half-marathon, marathon, or ultra distances. To reward your efforts, a generous goody bag awaits all finishers. These bags include a selection of treats and snacks for post-race recovery, including options tailored to vegan preferences upon request during registration. Aid stations are conveniently placed at the start/finish area where runners can refuel with an array of drinks and snacks throughout their journey. Vegan-friendly choices will be available too. For those marking significant milestones in their running career—such as hitting 50 or reaching 150 marathons—you'll receive a personalized number badge commemorating your achievement. The Last Hop provides basic amenities including restrooms but no changing facilities; however, ample space is provided within the bathrooms for on-site changes if needed.
