Immerse yourself in the Effortless Endurance class, designed to revolutionize your swimming technique with Total Immersion stroke mechanics. This comprehensive program combines hands-on coaching and video analysis to help you swim more efficiently, effortlessly, and faster from day one.
The event kicks off on Sunday morning at 8:00 AM with an orientation session that includes a classroom workshop focused on the principles of efficient swimming techniques. Following this theoretical foundation, participants will head into the pool for their first practical session from 9:00 to 11:00 AM where they can put theory into practice under expert guidance.
After a break for lunch and some downtime, the afternoon resumes with an in-depth video analysis workshop from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This segment allows swimmers to review their technique through detailed video footage, providing immediate feedback and opportunities for improvement. The day continues with another pool session from 1:00 to 3:00 PM, where participants refine their skills further.
The final hour of the workshop is dedicated to a classroom-based wrap-up that includes a thorough review of videos captured throughout the day. This ensures that every swimmer leaves equipped with practical insights and actionable tips for continued improvement beyond the event.
For those who need flexibility in scheduling, cancellations made at least 8 days before the workshop are eligible for either a 50% refund or a $50 transfer fee to another upcoming session hosted by OnPoint Fitness. Cancellations within 8 days of the start date can be transferred to someone else but cannot receive a refund.
