Immerse yourself in Effortless Endurance, where Total Immersion stroke mechanics transform your swimming experience instantly. This comprehensive day-long program combines hands-on water instruction with detailed video analysis to refine and enhance your technique. The morning begins at 8:00 AM with an orientation session followed by a classroom workshop designed to introduce the principles of efficient swimming. From there, participants transition into the pool for practical application from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. After lunch, which runs from noon until 1:00 PM, you'll spend time reviewing video recordings and further analyzing your technique during a classroom setting before diving back into another intensive pool session from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. The day concludes with a final workshop that includes an in-depth review of the videos captured throughout the day. By the end, swimmers will have gained invaluable insights to swim better, easier, and faster than ever before. Please note our cancellation policy: Cancellations made at least eight days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund or can be transferred to another workshop with an $80 fee. Within eight days of the scheduled date, cancellations may only be transferred to someone else but cannot receive a refund. No refunds will be issued if cancellation occurs less than eight days before the event.
