The event takes place on Saturday, March 13, 2027, starting at 9am from The Last Hop, located at Unit 2, Thames Edge Court, Clarence Street, Staines. Participants can choose their own distance within a minimum of 3km and up to an ultra-distance run depending on the number of laps they complete. The course winds through a beautiful stretch of the River Thames, featuring well-maintained paths and tarmac surfaces with just a short grass section that is suitable for road shoes year-round. The route is fully signed, eliminating any need for navigational skills. Younger runners can utilize designated turn points at 3km and 5km to comply with UK Athletics distance rules. Registration options include membership discounts of £10 off the full price entry fee, plus guaranteed entry and a mini-me medal pin at every event attended as part of your membership benefits. Additionally, members of affiliated UK Athletics clubs receive an extra discount on their entries. Upon completion of any distance starting from 3km, runners will earn one of our themed medals celebrating this unique race experience. For those who complete half-marathon distances or longer, special pins are available to commemorate the achievement: Half-Marathon, Mega-Half, Marathon, Ultra and 50km badges can be collected. A goody bag awaits all finishers filled with a selection of treats including vegan options upon request at registration. The aid station provides an array of drinks and snacks throughout the event for refueling during your run or walk. The venue offers basic facilities such as toilets but no changing rooms or showers, so plan accordingly if you need to change clothes before or after the race. Parking is available nearby in Bridge Street Car Park (TW18 4TP). Race day instructions will be sent via email a week prior to the event and number pick-up happens on-site at registration just before the start time.
