Santa Con is back for YEAR THREE! 🎅🏃‍♂️✨

Join The Krew Runners at Northridge Mall for our 3rd Annual Santa Con, a festive community run bringing runners, walkers, families, and our Salinas community together to kick off the holiday season with movement, giving, and plenty of holiday cheer.

Santa Con has become one of our favorite Krew traditions, and this year we're ready to make it even bigger. Whether you're chasing a PR, walking with your family, bringing the kids out for some fun, or simply looking for a way to celebrate the season with your community, everyone is welcome.

*Registration: We encourage you to PRE-REGISTER. In person registration will be from 6:00am - 6:30am ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.*

The Krew's Santa Con Run is open to all members of the community. All ages are welcome to participate (under 18 with a guardian). There is no age limit for participating. Participants with strollers are welcome; however, strollers must be in the last leg of the race for safety. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed at the race, with the exception of Service Animals. Please register by Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2026. (Note: For your convenience, all registration is handled exclusively through this Run Sign Up platform.)

Registration fees:

5k participants: $49.50 (plus processing fee) until October 31, 2026; price increases to $59.50 (plus processing fee) after October 31, 2026

10k participants: $59.50 (plus processing fee) until October 31, 2026; price increases to $69.50 (plus processing fee) after October 31, 2026

1 mile children's run: $25.50 (plus processing fee) until October 31, 2026; price increases to $35.50 (plus processing fee) after October 31, 2026 (ONLY FOR CHILDREN UNDER 10 YRS OLD)

All participants: (WAIVERS REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS). UNDER 18 PARTICIPANTS WILL NEED PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO SIGN WAIVER

Race Medals will be handed to ALL finishers 

We will have awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers OVERALL for men and women.

Come dressed in your best Santa suit, ugly Christmas sweater, reindeer ears, elf outfit, holiday pajamas—or whatever brings the holiday spirit!

Entry fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. There are no refunds if the event is canceled due to a force major event.

We are committed to providing a fair and equitable experience for all participants. This includes ensuring all participants are registered and receive a bib and t-shirt. Please note that t-shirt sizes are subject to availability and are distributed on a first-come basis; while we do our best to fulfill requests, specific sizes cannot be guaranteed once inventory runs out. If you do not pick up your bib and t-shirt during bib pick-up or on race day, participants will forfeit their t-shirts, bibs, and medals. This ensures that all participants have a fair chance to receive these items and reduce waste.

Bib Pick Up:

Bib pick-up will be held on Friday, Dec. 11th from 4pm - 8pm in Northridge Mall and morning of event in Hobby Lobby parking lot

Please bring a Photo ID. All participants must sign an event waiver online in advance.

Race Day:

Please arrive early for the race. We recommend 30 to 45 minutes prior to the 7:00 am start time. (As parking may be an issue - parking will be in Macys parking lot)

KREW x Santa Con Run Prep:

Interested in training for the 5K or 10K? We invite you all to join us every Tuesday at 6:30pm for 3 - 5 miles. More information on IG: @THEKREWRUNNERS

Parking:

Parking will be in the Macy's parking lot facing Ulta and Five Below

The course will be cleared by 11am. After 11am, participants will be asked to continue towards Hobby Lobby area to join us for the Holiday after event.

Driving Directions (day of event):

Enter through N. Main entrance by Bank of America. Please follow these directions as road closures in the race area will be in effect after 6:30am. 

Volunteer With Us:

Santa Con Run relies on volunteers to make the race possible. Volunteer opportunities are open to ALL high school students, faculty, staff, and community members. Duties may include bib pick-up, bag check, course set-up and take-down, water and aid stations, race course, and finish line support.

All volunteers are required to complete and sign a Liability Waiver prior to volunteering and participating in any volunteer activities. Liability Waiver must be signed for each volunteer opportunity.

Volunteer assignments will occur from 6:00 a.m. to 12 pm on Sunday, Dec. 13th and will be communicated the week of Dec. 9th (Some shifts will begin earlier than 6:00 a.m. based on assigned area)
