This inclusive and accessible event welcomes runners of all abilities and even walkers who wish to enjoy a leisurely pace. The race begins at The Last Hop in Staines, TW18 4SU, with an official start time of 8:30 AM. Participants can choose their own distance within the constraints set by UK Athletics rules, starting from a minimum of 3km and extending up to ultra distances. A full lap measures either 7km or approximately 3.28 miles depending on course conditions. The route offers a mix of well-maintained paths and tarmac surfaces with just a brief grass section that is suitable for road running shoes year-round. The event features clear signage, eliminating the need for navigational skills. For younger participants adhering to UK Athletics distance regulations, there are designated 3km and 5km turn points. Upon completion of at least 3 kilometers, all finishers will receive a themed medal as recognition of their achievement. Additionally, those who complete half-marathon distances or longer can collect corresponding pins on the ribbon attached to their medals. These include Half-Marathon, Mega-Half, Marathon, Ultra, and 50km options. Race day amenities are plentiful with an aid table offering refreshments like drinks, snacks such as crisps, cheese, fruit, cookies, and vegan alternatives at every lap turnaround point. Participants will also receive a goody bag filled with treats to help replenish energy spent during the event. The Last Hop venue provides restroom facilities for participants; however, there are no changing rooms or showers available on-site. Downstairs toilets offer space for quick changes if needed. Secure parking is accessible at Bridge Street Car Park in Staines (TW18 4TP). Race day instructions and number pick-up details will be communicated via email closer to the event date. On race morning, registration opens before the start time, allowing runners ample opportunity to collect their numbers.
