The Gardens Trailblazer 5K

Get ready for an enchanting winter adventure at the Gardens Trailblazer 5K on December 5th, 2026. Set against the picturesque backdrop of Gardens North County District Park, this festive race offers both runners and walkers a chance to enjoy the scenic trails while embracing holiday cheer.
The event kicks off with the Reindeer Dash 2k at 3:30 PM, followed by the main attraction—the Trailblazer 5K starting promptly at 4:15 PM. Participants of all ages are invited to lace up their sneakers and explore the park’s winding paths under a canopy of lush greenery. Whether you’re aiming for personal bests or simply looking to enjoy a fun-filled day with family, this event offers something special for everyone.
After crossing the finish line, stick around until 5:45 PM for the annual Tree Lighting ceremony. The highlight of the evening will be when the overall winner from the 12 & under division flips the switch and illuminates the park’s grand Christmas tree alongside Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus. In addition to this magical moment, there are plenty of activities planned including inflatables, photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and a Silent DJ Party.
To top off your race day experience, every participant will receive a long sleeve performance shirt, a finisher prize, and chip timing complete with an individual results page featuring your video as you cross the start/finish line. The first 250 registrants are guaranteed to have their shirts and prizes ready for pickup at either packet pick-up location.
Awards will be given out to top three overall male and female winners, along with age group champions in divisions ranging from 12 & under up to 70+. These accolades celebrate the spirit of competition while highlighting the joyous atmosphere that permeates throughout the event.
Packet pickup is available on Friday, December 4th at 9 AM - 5 PM or Saturday, December 5th between 2 PM and 4 PM. Both options offer convenient access to your race day essentials in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
