Thames Path 100®

The TP100 is an epic 160-kilometer (100-mile) trail race from Richmond, London, to the heart of Oxford. Runners will traverse along the Thames River against its current, finishing in the picturesque grounds surrounding Oxford University. With a total time limit of 30 hours, this grueling yet scenic journey highlights England’s most captivating riverside landscapes and vibrant river life.
The route primarily follows groomed trails and paved pathways, offering a flat and swift course that showcases diverse sections along the Thames.
