The event kicks off on April 14th with the Start 200 Miles race starting at 10:00 AM, giving participants a full 54 hours to reach the finish line by Sunday afternoon at 16:00.
For those looking for more frequent opportunities to take on the course, the TEC Backyard event begins at 18:00 PM on Friday and continues with new starts every hour. Each of these shorter races covers a distance of 6.7 kilometers, providing up to 45 chances throughout the weekend to tackle this demanding route before the finish line closes on Sunday.
On Saturday morning at 10:00 AM, runners can opt for either the Start 50 Miles or the Start 100 Miles races, both offering a competitive window of 30 hours until the race concludes. These options cater to those seeking longer distances but with less time pressure compared to the full marathon-like MiniUltra event.
The final opportunity comes on Sunday morning at 8:00 AM when participants can join the MiniUltra 46km race, which challenges competitors over a distance of just under half a marathon in an intense 8-hour window until the closing ceremony.
All races share the same start and finish location near Alby Friluftsgård's outdoor gym in Tyresö. The event hub is set up with a dedicated TEC tent equipped to support runners throughout their journey, providing essential services and creating a vibrant atmosphere for competitors and spectators alike.
