Cornish Marathon

Info: This event is now full so no new entries can be made. East Cornwall Harriers would like to invite you to enter the Cornish Marathon, a challenging and scenic marathon around the beautiful countryside of East Cornwall. Starting and finishing at Pensilva, this race has been a firm favourite in the Cornish Grand Prix series for many years.  The route takes in many local landmarks including Golitha Falls, Colliford Lake, Dozemary Pool, Jamaica Inn, Bolventer Valley and King Doniets Stones, all of which offer great spots for spectators and supporters to encourage the runners. Race HQ is at the Millennium Centre in Pensilva, and this year the race with be chip timed. Minimum age for taking part is 18. CUT OFF - 6.5 hrs. Marshals will stand down after this time, there will cut off points around the course, details to follow. Entries are limited to 475 and always sell out fast so enter early to avoid disappointment. There are no entries on the day. THE START TIME IN 2026 WILL BE 9:00AM NOT 10:00AM. This event offers the option to purchase XCover , so that participants may be able to get a refund if they are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances .
