TBF MTB Clinic - Off Road Mountain Biking

The TBF Mountain Bike Clinic offers an immersive day of off-road biking for riders of all skill levels, featuring professional coaching, drills, skills training, and plenty of fun on the trails. Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your advanced techniques, this clinic has something for everyone.
Begin your morning with a warm welcome from TBF's expert coaches followed by an engaging discussion on essential equipment, safety gear, trail etiquette, and maintenance tips. From there, participants will dive into hands-on training sessions covering bike set-up, cadence, shifting gears, balance, starting techniques, braking methods, cornering skills, wheel lifts, and emergency stops.
The Level 1 clinic focuses on building a solid foundation in these core areas through practical exercises and short trail rides to reinforce newly acquired knowledge. Meanwhile, the Level 2 clinic builds upon this base with advanced topics such as terrain reading, line selection for optimal speed control, passing techniques, climbing and descending strategies, obstacle clearing, sand riding, and jumping.
Both clinics feature a variety of challenging terrains including sweet trails, granite boulders, jumps, rock gardens, and more. Coaches will also share insights on their favorite local spots to ride beyond the clinic day.
Throughout the event, participants can enjoy Clif Bar snacks and FLUID fuel replenishments during breaks between sessions. The day concludes with a coached trail ride at Granite Beach where riders get to practice and confirm their new skills in real-world conditions before heading home.
