Sydvest Crossløb 2026/27 - afd. 4 - Blåbjerg Plantage

Experience the exhilarating DGI Sydvest Crossløb on December 5th, 2026, at Blåbjerg Plantage. This race is designed for runners of all levels and offers stunning winter scenery through beautifully landscaped terrain. Participants will enjoy a challenging yet rewarding 7.5 km course that winds through the plantage's picturesque paths.
The event features multiple distances to cater to different preferences: in addition to the main 7.5 km run, there are also shorter options of 5 km and 2.5 km for those looking for less intensity or a family-friendly option. The race starts promptly at 11:00 AM with staggered start times for each distance.
For an added challenge, runners can opt to participate in the cup competition by entering all eight segments throughout the winter season. Those who complete five of these events will be eligible for prizes and recognition.
Families are welcome as children aged 0-11 receive medals at every race regardless of whether they're part of a larger team effort or just participating individually. A special commemorative cloth bag is awarded to young participants who manage to attend all eight segments, fostering enthusiasm among the younger generation while encouraging continued participation in winter sports.
Join fellow runners and embrace the spirit of competition amidst Denmark’s serene natural landscapes during this invigorating cross-country event.
