Long Course: The Ultimate Challenge

Calling all hardcore athletes! Grab your teammate and dive into an incredible 4-mile swim and 15-mile run odyssey. With 14 heart-pounding run sections and 13 exhilarating swim sections, you'll conquer everything from lightning-quick 20-yard swims to monster 1300-yard lake crossings. Imagine racing through fire trails, single-track paths, paved roads, and wild wooded sections—each step and stroke bringing you closer to victory!

Short Course: Adventure for Everyone

Not quite ready for the long haul? No problem! The Short Course offers an epic 2.7-mile swim and 10-mile run that'll still test your limits. Solo athletes can join the fun too, tackling the same incredible course with pure determination.

Race Central: Fonta Flora Whippoorwill Farm

Your race adventure begins and ends at this incredible venue! With a brand new overflow parking lot, indoor tasting room, and restrooms, we've got you covered. Stick around after the race for mouth-watering food and craft beer that'll make your hard-earned victory taste even sweeter!
