Strasbourg en Paddle d'Halloween

On October 31, 2026, paddle enthusiasts are invited to explore the picturesque Ill River in Strasbourg for a unique and scenic stand-up paddleboarding adventure. Participants will embark on a roughly five-kilometer journey that winds through some of Strasbourg's most charming waterways.
The race begins at 4:00 PM from the ASCPA (20 Rue de la Plaine des Bouchers), where paddlers will set off to navigate their way along the river, enjoying views of the city’s historic architecture and vibrant surroundings. The course is designed for those aged 13 years or older.
As participants make their way through the water, they'll be required to wear appropriate attire that ensures safety in the event of an accidental fall into the Ill River. This includes close-fitting suits such as full wetsuits, leggings, and technical tops—anything loose or baggy is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.
The race concludes around 5:15 PM at Strasbourg Eaux Vives (36 Rue Pierre de Coubertin), where paddlers will be greeted with a surprise awaiting them upon arrival. The event promises an engaging experience that combines physical activity with the serene beauty of Strasbourg’s waterways, making it perfect for both seasoned and novice stand-up paddleboarders alike.
