Steve's 600km Challenge

On December 31, 2026, join the Gold Coast Men's Walk and Talk charity challenge as it reaches its final stretch. Organized by an avid events planner who has taken on a personal mission to walk or run 500km over four months leading up to this day, every step contributes directly to supporting mental health initiatives in the community.
The journey began in September with daily commitments of approximately 5km each day, culminating in a year-end push for awareness and fundraising. The route winds through scenic coastal paths and bustling city streets of the Gold Coast, offering runners an immersive experience that combines physical endurance with meaningful impact.
This event is more than just a race; it's a testament to resilience and dedication. Participants will witness firsthand how small daily efforts can add up to significant achievements in both personal growth and community support. The atmosphere promises to be uplifting as the organizer shares insights into their own mental health journey, highlighting the importance of balance and perseverance.
For those looking to contribute beyond running or walking, there are opportunities for volunteering at checkpoints along the route, ensuring that every participant's effort is celebrated and supported throughout this inspiring finale.
