Sportivnye sbory v Kenii

Join us for an exclusive training camp in Kenya, where the world's running elite hone their skills at high altitude. This immersive experience offers more than just scenic runs and accommodations; it provides unparalleled access to legendary athletes and renowned coaches.
Our partnership with the Kenyan Athletics Federation ensures a unique program that unveils behind-the-scenes insights into Kenya’s rich athletic culture. You'll train alongside local champions in Eldoret, visiting historic sites like Kipchoge Keino Stadium, named after the pioneer of modern Kenyan running. This setting offers an unparalleled connection to Olympic history and local running traditions.
The camp takes place at altitudes between 2100-2400 meters above sea level, where oxygen levels are significantly lower than at sea level, challenging your physiology in a way that enhances red blood cell production and cardiovascular adaptation. Your training will start with volume before focusing on speed as you acclimate.
Led by Olympic champion Wilfred Bungei and seasoned Russian coach Evgeniy Krushin from Unity Running Club, this camp caters to advanced runners seeking new challenges beyond conventional training camps. You'll engage in personalized sessions, master classes, and intimate conversations that inspire and inform your own running journey.
From November 17 to December 5, 2026, experience the essence of Kenyan endurance training firsthand. This is not just a race camp; it's an opportunity to live like champions do every day.
