Southern Arizona Triple 50

Three Great Ultras - One Registration Package

The Southern Arizona Triple 50 is back! This unique challenge is for runners looking to finish all three of southern Arizona's greatest ultra running events in a single season: - Colossal Vail 50 on December 5 in Vail - AZT Oracle Rumble 50 on January 30 in Oracle - Old Pueblo 50 on March 6 in Sonoita Register for all three events here for a discounted rate, and refer to each event's website for more details. All events take place on a portion of the Arizona National Scenic Trail, with event proceeds donated to the Arizona Trail Association to support their mission to protect, maintain, enhance, promote and sustain the Arizona Trail as a unique encounter with the natural environment. The Southern Arizona Triple 50 is supported by Team Woodall with Long Realty. Stephen Woodall & Angela Greynolds are runners and volunteers at each Triple 50 event and believe that the challenge and reward of the Southern Arizona Triple 50 is worth offering to the trail running community.

Special Prizes for All Finishers

In addition to the great event swag you'll receive at each ultra, participating in the Southern Arizona Triple 50 gets you a custom garment to celebrate your accomplishment of finishing three 50 Milers in a single season under 45 hours. And not just any 50 Milers, but really hard routes along the Arizona Trail. Will you be among the few to finish this trail challenge? If so, we've got a great garment for you that you'll wear with pride on all your future adventures. You'll also be included on the list of finishers on the Triple 50 website, and we throw a fiesta in April to honor each finisher and the wonderful volunteers who make these events so much fun. The fiesta includes two complimentary drink tickets.

Registration Discounts

Discounted registration is offered to Native Americans, members of the Arizona Trail Association, and military veterans. Just contact [email protected] for the coupon code before registering.

Refund Policy

If you don't finish all three ultras under 45 hours, you will receive a $30 refund to cover a portion of the cost of the finisher garment you don't receive. Partial registration credits toward future Arizona Trail Endurance Events may be offered if you don't make it to the start line (and notify us at least two weeks in advance). These will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
