The route is meticulously designed to showcase the area’s diverse terrain, taking runners along forest tracks, bridleways, and single-track trails. Highlights include a scenic descent into East Dean followed by a challenging climb before reaching the finish line back at Goodwood. With varying elevations and trail types, each mile presents new challenges and rewards.
