Souffle de Cristal

On September 5, 2027, runners of all levels are invited to participate in the Souffle de Cristal race, an annual road and trail running event that supports vital research against Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). The race offers two distances: a challenging 10km route and a more accessible 5km course. Both races feature chip timing for accurate results and competitive rankings.
The scenic courses wind through the picturesque countryside, offering runners breathtaking views of rolling hills and lush forests. Participants can expect to encounter both paved roads and forest paths that showcase the natural beauty of the region while providing an engaging challenge for all participants.
In addition to the main race events, there will be a special team competition for local businesses and associations, fostering camaraderie among competitors as they vie for top honors in their respective categories. The event also includes family-friendly activities such as children's races and a village fair where various organizations can showcase their work and raise awareness about ALS.
Race day starts early with the 10km race beginning at 10:15 AM, followed by the 5km run starting just fifteen minutes later at 10:45 AM. Throughout the event, runners will enjoy ample food and beverage options provided in a dedicated area where visitors can relax between races or cheer on their friends and family.
The Souffle de Cristal race is more than just an athletic challenge; it's a day of community spirit and support for those affected by ALS through fundraising efforts. Join us to be part of this inspiring event that brings together runners, families, and supporters in the fight against one of the most devastating neurodegenerative diseases.
