HOT GRILLED FOOD @ The Runners Village! Starting with BACON & pancakes then hotdogs & hamburgers then quesadilla's then smoked/grilled chicken! Starting about 3pm is smoked meats! Also all the normal treats you’d see at any Ultra, soda/pop, pickles, snack bars etc! This event is limited to the first 100 entrants! Reserve your spot by registering TODAY! REGISTER BY Dec 1ST 2026 TO GUARANTEE SHIRT SIZE! All runners receive Long Sleeve Shirt
The course is 4.17 mile loops on Lake Wailes Lake. Parking is at Runners Village is @ Lake Wailes Park, 33 N Lake Shore Blvd, Lake Wales FL 33853 Path is on grass and asphalt. You will start at the runners village and head east to the turnaround, run back past the runners village to the west side of the course. Then you will turn and head back to the central point at the runners village! You must finish the lap you are on before the end of your 6hr or 12hrs for it to count! 4.17 Mile runners will complete this 1 time 6 hour runners will finish as many laps as they can in 6 hours 12 hour runners will finish as many laps as they can in 12 hours Aid stations at each end of out and backs!
Each team has up to 5 members. 1 member of each team runs at a time. Teams decide who runs which loop or how many loops. So any runner can take any turn for the team. Overall awards for the top 2 teams. Teams must complete 8 laps for a finish award. All team members get a finish award.
Top 3 of the 4.17 mile, 6hr, and 12 Hour races male & female will receive Overall Awards The next over 40 male & female runners will receive the Master awards Relay - Top 2 teams

Lake Wales is a small city in eastern Polk County, Florida. The city is in the middle of a long, narrow region known as the Lake Wales Ridge. The Lake Wales Ridge was the first part of the Florida Peninsula to rise above sea level, beginning as a series of small sandy islands not unlike the Florida Keys today. It is a unique environment from its surrounding and home to several endemic species, such as the gopher tortoise and scrub jay. The city of Lake Wales lies at the southern foot of Iron Mountain—the second-highest point on the Florida Peninsula at 295 ft (90 m)—and is home to famous Bok Tower Gardens and its Singing Tower. Near the center of town lies Lake Wailes. The city is small, but much of the rural area extending east and southeast of town is considered as part of Lake Wales and included in this guide.
