About the event
The Skyline Mountain Marathon offers an unforgettable trail running experience for those seeking both breathtaking views and challenging terrain. Nestled among rugged peaks, the course features over 90% rough single-track trail with an elevation gain of approximately 5,000 feet. For runners looking to test their limits further, there's also a grueling 55K option boasting nearly 7,000 feet in climbing. Both distances provide excellent preparation for fall ultra-marathons and are perfect for those who thrive on intense physical challenges. With its icy sections and scenic ridgeline runs, the event presents an exhilarating blend of natural beauty and rigorous competition.
