Shamus McPizza Pi Day 5K

On March 14, 2027, runners of all ages are invited to celebrate Pi Day at Little Mulberry Park for the Fundracers Karyn Vecchio Irwin Scholarship Race. This scenic course winds through the park's lush trails and open fields, offering a mix of flat terrain and gentle hills that challenge participants while keeping the run enjoyable.
Families can take advantage of special discounts when registering four members together, making it an ideal outing for groups looking to support a good cause. The race itself features awards for top overall male and female finishers as well as age group winners in various categories from 10 years old up through senior runners. Medals are awarded to the first three places in each division.
After crossing the finish line, participants can look forward to pizza and other snacks provided by event organizers, turning this race into a community gathering where everyone enjoys some post-race celebration together. The proceeds of the run go towards funding scholarships for high school seniors or college students pursuing education majors through the Karyn Vecchio Irwin Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Join us in Little Mulberry Park to not only test your running skills but also contribute to an important educational initiative while enjoying a day out with friends and family.
