IndusInd Bank presents a wellness program tailored for senior citizens aged 60 and above. This initiative promotes an active lifestyle through gentle exercise and social engagement, fostering community connections in a refreshing outdoor setting. In partnership with Fitpage, the sessions offer a blend of yoga and laughter therapy to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall wellbeing.
Participants can enjoy a welcoming atmosphere as they report at 6:15 AM for a warm greeting followed by a gentle yoga session starting at 6:30 AM. At 7:15 AM, the program shifts to laughter therapy aimed at boosting mental health and happiness. The event concludes with breakfast and refreshments from 7:30 AM onwards.
