Location: Scone Palace, Perth (Follow signs to Perth Racecourse)
The race venue is easily accessible via car or public transport. On-site parking costs £3 per vehicle, ensuring convenient access for all participants.

#### Sprint Duathlon
- Run: 5km on firm trail paths within the palace grounds.
- Cycle: A scenic route covering 19km of open country roads through Perthshire's countryside.
- Final Run: Conclude with a 2.5km run back to Scone Palace.
Perfect for first-time duathletes or anyone seeking a shorter challenge, this distance is designed to introduce the excitement and variety of multisport racing in an engaging format.
#### Standard Duathlon
- Run: Start with a 10km trail run through the estate.
- Cycle: A more demanding route spanning 38km along picturesque country roads.
- Final Run: Finish strong with a concluding 5km run back to Scone Palace.
Ideal for experienced duathletes or those looking to push their limits, this longer distance offers an exhilarating test of endurance and skill through Perthshire's stunning landscapes.
### Race Day Experience
Upon arrival at the secure transition area designated exclusively for competitors, athletes will rack their bikes according to race numbers provided. Small bags or boxes can be stored safely within the transition zone. Before entering, ensure that bike numbers are visible and helmets securely fastened; bibs and bike numbers will be checked upon exit.
Race start times:
- Sprint Duathlon: 9:30am
- Standard Duathlon: 9:40am
Live chip timing by Timing Up North ensures accurate results for all participants, adding to the competitive spirit of the event.
### Post-Race Celebration
All finishers will receive an exclusive event medal and a commemorative T-shirt available at registration for just £14. Additionally, refreshments including drinks and snacks are provided to help athletes recharge after their efforts.
