Say Hi To Hermann invites cyclists on an unforgettable journey through the diverse landscapes of the Netherlands and Germany. Starting from Amersfoort, riders will venture into the wilds of Veluwe before crossing into the Achterhoek and making their way to Münsterland along the German border. The route then follows the historic Hermannsweg trail all the way to the towering Hermannsdenkmal monument.
After paying homage to Hermann, cyclists will trace the Lippe river back towards Naturpark Hohemark before crossing into the Netherlands once more. Guided by the Rhine river and National Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug, riders will wind their way through a tapestry of landscapes—quiet heaths, winding streams, dense forests, open fields, and quaint villages dotted with old fortifications.
