About the Event

Cycle through the tranquil countryside of West Sussex on either a 50-mile or 25-mile route, both featuring picturesque villages and rolling hills. Whether you're pedaling a traditional bike or an electric one, this ride offers a serene escape from bustling roads.
Starting at Sage House in Tangmere (City Fields Way, PO20 2FP), the event welcomes cyclists of all abilities but requires participants to be comfortable with some challenging terrain. Registration opens on September 13th, 2026, starting at 8:00 AM, and riders will depart in staggered waves based on their chosen route.
The longer journey begins from around 8:15 AM until 9:15 AM for the final set-off time. The shorter course cyclists can start any time up to 10:00 AM. Both routes must be completed by 2:30 PM, allowing ample time for breaks and enjoying沿途风光。

为了保障所有参与者的安全与健康，报名时需确认个人身体健康状况及自行车的良好状态。活动当天还需签署免责声明并领取号码牌以示同意主办方的指导原则。此外，请携带最新的紧急联系信息，并在领号时更新给工作人员。
赛事终点处不仅为每位完赛者准备了精美的奖牌作为纪念品，现场还设有咖啡馆提供免费热饮和小吃，供参赛前补充能量或赛后与家人朋友相聚庆祝之用。Sage House内的餐厅也开放供应各类餐食及甜点，满足不同需求。
本次活动由当地Rotary Club组织，并得到了Dementia Support的大力支持，所有超出成本的部分将捐赠给该机构用于痴呆症患者的关怀项目。如果您有意为他们筹集资金，请在报名时一并注明您的善举信息，这将是帮助众多家庭的重要支持来源。
