The event features multiple race options including the traditional 5K and 10K distances, as well as a half-marathon. Whether you're sprinting ahead or taking it at your own pace, this run welcomes all abilities and ages (with guardians for those under 18). The race day atmosphere is relaxed and stress-free, with coordinators cheering on participants along the way.
Registration includes a variety of perks designed to enhance both fitness goals and community engagement. Participants receive a running T-shirt shipped directly to their U.S. address, as well as a finisher's medal upon completion. Virtual runners also have access to an online training package sent via email one month before race day. Additionally, all participants are invited to join local run clubs for continued support.
Timing is optional and can be tracked using personal devices such as Strava or RunKeeper. Results will then be submitted through a simple online form provided by the organizers. Race bibs are handed out on-site without long lines, ensuring that race day remains hassle-free and enjoyable.
The event takes place in small waves starting at 7:30 AM with subsequent waves every half hour until 8:30 AM. Coordinators remain onsite for three hours following each wave start time to accommodate late arrivals or those who need additional support throughout their run.
For participants signing up within two weeks of the race, there may be a delay in receiving physical swag items such as t-shirts before race day. However, runners are encouraged to wear whatever they like and join in on the fun regardless of whether their gear arrives early enough.
The course map and detailed information will be sent out via email by Wednesday of the week preceding the event date. This ensures that all participants have ample time to prepare for a memorable experience.
